Seminar on cancer pain, cachexia and dyspnea 4-5 June – submit a presentation
Clinically important aspects of cancer-related pain, cachexia, and dyspnea will be presented and discussed at the pre-congress seminar of the PRC and the EAPC RN in June 2012. 7th World Research Congress of the EAPC in Trondheim

Travel grants available
The EAPC is pleased to announce that the International Association for Hospice & Palliative Care (IAHPC) is again supporting us and has donated 10 scholarships to the 7th World Research Congress of the EAPC in Trondheim. The scholarships, from the IAHPC Traveling Scholarship Program, are donated to give palliative care workers in developing countries the opportunity to attend the congress. The scientific programme
The scientific programme of the congress covers a wide range of clinically important topics regarding palliative care such as end of life care, pain, involuntary weight loss, dyspnea, cognitive failure and depression as well as diagnostic tools, basic mechanisms and methodology. Cutting edge knowledge will be presented by invited leading international clinicians and researchers and by a large number of abstract submitters.
